Please read this document carefully before using the 306 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to comply with all terms and conditions stated herein. These terms apply to all users in Malaysia.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the 306 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not authorized to use the services provided by 306.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and 306. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time with appropriate notice. Continued use of the platform after changes are published means you accept the updated terms. Only users aged 18 and above are eligible to register and use this platform.
2. Account Creation and Security
To use 306’s services, you must register an account with accurate, up-to-date, and complete information. Each user is allowed only one account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in suspension or termination of all related accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. Do not share your login details with anyone. Any activity under your account is your responsibility unless you promptly report unauthorized access to 306 support.
Identity verification (KYC) is required before any fund withdrawal is processed. You must provide valid identification documents upon request. This information is solely used for verification and account protection purposes.
3. User Responsibilities and Platform Rules
As a 306 user, you agree to comply with the following rules while using the platform:
- Do not use the platform for any illegal or fraudulent purposes.
- Do not attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of 306’s systems.
- Do not use automated software, bots, or other technical methods to manipulate games or system processes.
- Do not register or use an account on behalf of another person without valid permission.
- Do not distribute any content that incites, defrauds, or breaches laws through any platform features.
- Do not exploit any technical errors or system bugs to gain unfair advantage.
Violations of any of the above rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without compensation.
4. Payments, Deposits, and Withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit
All financial transactions on the 306 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). You are responsible for ensuring the funds deposited are lawful and legitimately obtained. 306 does not accept funds connected to illegal activities or financial fraud.
Deposits can be made via local Malaysian payment methods supported by the platform, including bank transfers through FPX and approved e-wallets. Processing times vary depending on the method chosen. We do not cover any extra fees charged by third-party payment providers.
Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:
- Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before processing the first withdrawal request.
- Withdrawals can only be made to Malaysian bank accounts registered under the 306 account holder’s name.
- Any bonus received must meet the specified rollover requirements before the related amount can be withdrawn.
- 306 may request additional documents to verify suspicious transactions before approving withdrawals.
Withdrawal processing times typically range from 1 to 3 business days, depending on the chosen method and account verification status.
5. Liability Limits, Account Suspension, and Intellectual Property

306 is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from platform use, including but not limited to: loss of funds due to betting outcomes, technical disruptions outside our control, or unauthorized access to your account caused by your own failure to keep login information secure.
Account Suspension and Closure Policy
306 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account for the following reasons:
- Verification that the user provided false information during registration.
- Fraud or attempts to manipulate systems, games, or bonus processes.
- Any violation of the terms stated in this document.
- Accounts inactive beyond the allowed period without any login or transaction activity.
When accounts are closed due to violations, the remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the severity of the breach.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 306 platform, including logos, graphic designs, text, software code, and marketing material, is the exclusive property of 306 and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users are prohibited from copying, redistributing, or modifying any platform content without written consent from 306.

It is the user’s responsibility to review the terms regularly. If you do not agree with the changes, you may close your account by contacting our support team.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed under applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of the 306 platform will be resolved through the designated processes. Users agree that using this platform is at their own risk and complies with current legislation.
